Today was my first service with HomeTeam Pest Defense. Johnathan B was my service tech and he was awesome! He explained what he would be spraying for and asked if I had questions or concerns about anything. He was super nice, friendly and very professional! After the last pest control service I had used for years did not work out, HomeTeam made me believe in great service again! Also thank you to James C for your patience , knowledge and ease of transitioning to HomeTeam!
Today I had my quarterly service done and had tech Tommy. He did the best job by any pest team member I have ever had. He was informative, polite, and diligent. He made sure to take the extra mile for my home and treat it like his own. I will be asking for Tommy moving forward if possible. Overall the company as well has been great to us down from the sales team sales rep James, to customer service reps and all other technicians. I would recomend them to any family or friends.
Tommy did a great job explaining everything and walking me through the services that would be performed since I was a new customer. He was knowledgeable, patient, and made sure I understood the process from start to finish. I really appreciated the clear communication and professionalism. Great experience so far!
I’ve used Home Team for two years and I highly recommend. My technician Jay is great. He’s on time and very professional. Customer service is excellent. They answer all my questions and are able to accommodate any changes I need to make to my appointments quickly. If you need pest control, you should call Home Team. You won’t regret it.
