Great customer service! Gerardo is very professional, friendly, honest, and very knowledgeable. A few days before our service date he confirms we’re still good. The of day service he sends us a text, what time he will be arriving. I’ve been a customer for 7 months and I don’t have any complaints or issues!

My house backs up to a creek, so ants and spiders have always been an issue. I am SO grateful to Home Team Pest Defense—not only for the thorough and helpful service they provide—but for their responsiveness when I had an ant attack last Thanksgiving and they immediately sent a technician out to help. Every technician who has come to my home has been knowledgeable and well trained, as well as personable and thoughtful. It's a very trustworthy company.
We have retained this pest control company for over 10 years now. They are always responsive and do a good job when they are here. What I like best is they will come back to spot treat if you have additional pests you want out. At one point, we had some unidentified flying insects in the house and after describing the issue to the company, the owner took the time to come out and handle it. They are always respectful of the home and surrounding property and I have never had an issue. I highly recommend them!!
