“I had a decent experience initially, but things went downhill when my account was sent to collections because my ‘automatic payment’ somehow stopped working without any notification or explanation. As for the services, they focus heavily on upselling, even for services like mosquito control, which I found completely ineffective. The pest control was average at best.
