I’ve been using HomeTeam Pest Defense of Winston-Salem For about a year. I can definitely see the difference as the seasons changed in the ants, spiders, and the other critters come out. Thank you for keeping the spiders out the house and keeping my wife happy.
Home team Pest Defense have been nothing short of excellent. They communicate often and always let us know in advance when they plan to be at the residence. They are quick, professional, and do a very thorough job. They are also fast to respond to inquiries or requests for additional visits. I am beyond satisfied with their services and highly recommend them to anyone who needs pest control.
I think the Taexx Built In pest Control is a great option for people with young children, or allergy sensitive or with fur babies, because entry in the home is not required. The service professional Dominic L was cordial and respectful and completed the requested work tactfully.
Always punctual and professional. Very attentive to my needs. I have begun to see possums around my frint yard at night, unfortunately they are not a part of the Home Defense Pest list.
All staff efficient and friendly. Consistently have the same technicians so they know us, the property and potential problems. Swift service when requested. Maintenance schedule timely. Couldn’t be more satisfied.
