Home team Pest Defense have been nothing short of excellent. They communicate often and always let us know in advance when they plan to be at the residence. They are quick, professional, and do a very thorough job. They are also fast to respond to inquiries or requests for additional visits. I think the Taexx Built In pest Control is a great option for people with young children, or allergy sensitive or with fur babies, because entry in the home is not required. The service professional Dominic L was cordial and respectful and completed the requested work tactfully.
Always punctual and professional. Very attentive to my needs. I have begun to see possums around my frint yard at night, unfortunately they are not a part of the Home Defense Pest list.
