Signing for the Home Team pest control package was an excellent decision. Lloyd did our start up treatment . He was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Before he started he explained everything that he was going do. When he finished he covered the issues that he had noticed and what he did to correct them . Then he told us how to contact him if we had any questions or issues after he was gone. We are confident that Lloyd did and will continue to do an excellent job of protecting our home.
Andrew is the best! He has taken care of our home for the past three years and we’ve had a great experience. He is friendly, courteous, and professional. It’s clear that he wants to provide the best service possible. Highly recommend!
young man, came by and explain what he was gonna do to our house and was very knowledgeable. Everything explained anything that I had questions with and did his job and when done he came to the door and told me that if anything that I needed between now and his next visit it was free to let him know he would be happy to come do it.
Dom did amazing and took care of any issues we were having. He also answered my questions and is very knowledgeable. He should definitely be hire than a fieldworker position.
The builder of our new home had termite bait stations installed by this company. After we moved in, we began receiving repeated renewal notices by mail and on our door. We ignored them at first since we hadn’t yet decided which pest control provider we wanted to use. At one point, a technician came to the door and asked if he could service the bait stations.
