First time using HomeTeam Pest Defense and I must say that I was pleasantly surprised by how enthusiastic the staff was and the technician, Darrion, was fantastic. Only time will tell if their products work, but first impressions, I’d have to say that they exceeded my expectations.
We had our first treatment from Home Team this past week. Our technician, James, was fabulous. His work ethic is outstanding as he was very efficient. He also has strong personal and relational skills which enhanced our experience. He was very customer-centric in all phases of our interactions.
I wanted to give a shout out to the two technicians that serviced my house and property today. Apparently James was sick and so Chris and Joshua filled in and did a wonderful job! They treated and swept the soffits for the spiders that were present and treated the perimeter of the house and all entry points. I would enjoy having them back again for my next treatment. Pat Flynn
We have been with HOME TEAM since 2019. They provide reliable quality pest control services for a good price. in January 2025 we were assigned a new technician whose name is Dariah. Hands down she has been the best technician assigned to our account since 2019. Her professionalism, knowledge and willingness to educate me during her visit(s) have been priceless. She is a great AMBASSADOR for HOME TEAM and will hopefully remain our technician for years to come.
Just renewed my termite and quarterly pest control service with Ken from the Ruskin office. I couldn't have had a more pleasant experience, he was extremely curtious, friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommend them. Shout out to James our technician!
