First time using HomeTeam Pest Defense and I must say that I was pleasantly surprised by how enthusiastic the staff was and the technician, Darrion, was fantastic. Only time will tell if their products work, but first impressions, I’d have to say that they exceeded my expectations.

We had our first treatment from Home Team this past week. Our technician, James, was fabulous. His work ethic is outstanding as he was very efficient. He also has strong personal and relational skills which enhanced our experience. He was very customer-centric in all phases of our interactions.

I saw an agent, Jay Miller, in the neighborhood and asked him to drop by and take down 5 wasp nests. He was there in less than 15 minutes and very efficient and friendly. Did the job. I am a client, but had not called to make an appointment, so he went out of his way. Thanks, Jay Miller.
