Great service by Home Team Pest Defense. Service Representative contacts us a day ahead of service call. Friendly approach and asking if there are any issues that need to be taken care of. Service is performed professionally. If we see something after a visit, we call and Home Team comes out next day. We have been customers for 3 years and find their services professional and reliable.
We have been with HOME TEAM since 2019. They provide reliable quality pest control services for a good price. in January 2025 we were assigned a new technician whose name is Dariah. Hands down she has been the best technician assigned to our account since 2019. Her professionalism, knowledge and willingness to educate me during her visit(s) have been priceless. She is a great AMBASSADOR for HOME TEAM and will hopefully remain our technician for years to come.
Joel has provided excellent service. If there’s an issue in between visits, he is prompt to come out and take care of the problem before it escalates. They are reasonably priced, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. Also about pests in general. Thank you very much Joel, It is a pleasure doing business with you.
I would recommend Home Team Pest. My technician Francisco has been my technician for over a year and he does an amazing job. He is very thorough and knowledgeable. He always starts the visit with do I have any concerns that I need to make him aware of which I truly appreciate
Michael with Home Team has been great since I signed up a few months ago. I was glad I did not have to deal with a huge fire ant mound I found. He took care of it and came out several times to make sure it was completely gone. Very good!!
