I recently had an issue with several of my termite stations. Upon speaking with Nikki she was extremely responsive and helpful. She immediately scheduled a tech to come to my home to address my concerns. The tech Brandon arrived and was very professional fixing the issues and addressed all my concerns. Bandon represented himself and the company as a true professional.

This was my first time working with Home Team Pest Defense. Working with Sam to get my service started was awesome. He explained how the service works and made me feel confident that I made a great choice. Then; James came to my home and I could not be any happier with the service he provided. It’s great to know that James is assigned to my community and knows it well. I am new to this area. I feel I made an excellent choice in selecting them for this service.

Home Team technician, Chloe, was EXCELLENT! She was very thorough and very informative! She was able to answer all of my questions. She was extremely personable, which I really enjoyed! I love knowing that if I ever have a need for a technician to come in between scheduled services, all I have to do is call for a no charge visit!

Brandon was fantastic, he communicated with us and listened to our needs. He was through with his treatment. We've been a customer with them for over a year and are happy with every visit.

John did a great job taking care of the spider webs, pests, and prevention around my house. He was very thorough and would love to have him back for my next quarterly service. James in the past also did a great job exterminating the roach infestation I had experienced in my house coming to my house several times. Even not charging me the first few times. Happy to have picked Hometeam!
