Experience was good, but since I wasn’t at home to see the work, I had to call the office to check what was done. The lady that answered the phone and filled me in with the information was very helpful. She answered my question in a professional & respectful matter. She assisted me with a new issue and politely fixed the issue and left me quite satisfied. The technician also left the receipt on the door informing of the work done. Overall satisfied with their work.
I appreciate the services offered. I love that they have organic options. However, ever since they bought out Earthwise, and began offering organic and non-organic pest control, we have had a few instances where the technician did not read the notes and sprayed the toxic stuff all over our yard. My girls broke out in rashes after playing outside. Service is good! I had been with Home Team for about 11 years until yesterday. My bill went up significantly. They performed my quarterly service without telling me that the fee was going up. When I called they could not lower my quarterly bill so I canceled. The only issue I had was that they should notify you of any price increases BEFORE they perform the service, not after when you're stuck paying the increased price.
Home Team Pest Defense does a great job listening to the customers need and addressing any issue or redo that is needed. Jimmy is always professional and thorough in his explanations. I've had no issues with him or his team and have been pleased so far over the past year.
I am a recent customer with Home Team Pest Defense (HTPD), my initial perception of HTPD is very good. The technician, (Pete) arrived on time, he provided a thorough explanation of the pest control application. So far we are very pleased with HTPD. I purchased the annual pest control and a additional year of termite warranty. We will keep you posted as the year progresses.
