Our service was great. The tech was prompt. Great communication. Listened to our concerns. Friendly, and extremely thorough in treating our property. Our initial contact, Gayle, was super helpful in explaining our service options and helping us choose the right service for our needs. Highly recommend Home Team.

Abysmal customer service with bait and switch pricing services. Ridiculous and fictitious charges added to account 4-5 months after cancelling services. Customer service is unable to complete the cancellation of services and not respond to requests for information in a timely manner. Would not recommend using due to service issues.

Recently talked to someone by the name of Reghan C. and she was wonderful. Was very informative about my questions of wanting to start services with home team and made me feel like home team could be my forever pest control service. Will definitely be reaching out to set up services just because of the great customer service.
