We were with Home Team for 6 years. We had the best service and technician for the first 4. However, since his promotion things have not been good. No shows of technicians. Quality of sprays and being thorough has been lacking. Now, the icing on the cake is they give you a window to show up, say 8-12, but they really don't mean that. Very thorough on the applications. Our house has the injection port attached to both side of the house and this company has access to this.
Super great guys. Very friendly. The service is pretty cool because we have an injection hole designed for their equipment. Then you don’t have to worry about spray in your lawn.

HomeTeam Pest Defense services my home quarterly. They do a great job. Their people are friendly and always have time for questions. In the last 9 years, I’ve had two instances when I’ve had an ant problem inside my home… off cycle from their quarterly visits. They always are there within hours and take care of the problem (no extra charge from my quarterly payments). They get my highest rating!
