We were with Home Team for 6 years. We had the best service and technician for the first 4. However, since his promotion things have not been good. No shows of technicians. Quality of sprays and being thorough has been lacking. Now, the icing on the cake is they give you a window to show up, say 8-12, but they really don't mean that. Super great guys. Very friendly. The service is pretty cool because we have an injection hole designed for their equipment. Then you don’t have to worry about spray in your lawn.
Very thorough on the applications. Our house has the injection port attached to both side of the house and this company has access to this.
Great and prompt service. Chris was very professional and thorough. Glad to be back in Texas and Hometeam was our first choice. Loved their service before.
The service was great. Chad explained everything before he started and checked with us before he left. We plan to continue the service.
