It is Wonderful practice. The support staff are very friendly and helpful. They show lots of compassion and patience. The doctor is fantastic as well. I never feel rushed and they listen to all my concerns. Dr. Brown is very personable and I highly recommend this practice for all your medical needs.
I was very excited to learn I could get a primary doctor right in my hometown that is less than two miles from my house and was not connected with Corewell. I don’t often need a doctor…but I wanted to be established with a primary for the situations when I would need one. I finally found a doctor that would listen to me. He’s very thorough. If you’re looking for a good doctor, look up Dr Brown at home town family Medical Center. I just moved back to Michigan and it’s hard to find a doctor that cares for their patients, and Dr. Brown is one that cares.
Dr. Scott Brown takes his time with you and genuinely cares. Office visits are prompt at Hometown Family Medical Center. And he does prompt follow-ups. Good place to go all around.
Saw me at a time where he typically doesnt see patients. Treated me with respect and listened to me, where many places are lacking that these days. Greatly appreciated how welcoming and kind Dr. Brown was.
