My wife and I have both went to primary cares associated with large hospitals for decades. My recent visit to Hometown Family Medical was with Dr Scott Brown. He listens and responds to your questions and needs without looking up the answer in the policy and procedures manual. We found our new primary care right here in our hometown of Newaygo. Thank you for your compassionate care as our new primary care provider.
It is Wonderful practice. The support staff are very friendly and helpful. They show lots of compassion and patience. The doctor is fantastic as well. I never feel rushed and they listen to all my concerns. Dr. Brown is very personable and I highly recommend this practice for all your medical needs.
Dr Scott I like he awesome doctor he try to get bottom of my mental health and try to get me on the right med and will sit there and listen and Jenna is the best nurse she know how to calm people anixety down she had the right word to calm her patient down so does scott
The nurse practitioners bedside manner has alot to be desired! The secretary/nurse has a pleasant personality and very friendly 😃!
very impressed here ..after Spectrum & corwell.its a slower more personal experience ..not mega facility ..and the B S they bring.
