RecommendedWe met Dr Sorum at a difficult time , when our boy Chewy(left) was not well. The previous vet we were using really dropped the ball. She was amazing with us and despite the difficult talk and decisions, Dr Sorum and the team were caring and informative. Highly recommend homeward bound. We trusted them with 3 major surgeries for our dogs (1 cancer related, 2 emergent for other issues) and they made us feel like we were the only clients. They fit us in, emergently without hesitation, and saved our dog on numerous occasions. We had to put another dog down with them and they guided us, supported us, and grieved with us. We completely trust them with our English bulldog and Cavalier. Prices are reasonable and the staff is wonderful.
A huge thanks goes out to Dr. Sorum at Homeward Bound Veterinary Services for being amazing, responsive, kind and compassionate! We had an emergency situation and the ER put us in a queue to be seen but said it would be hours before they could admit our sick Baby. FYI: the emergency hospital still never called us back in! Dr Sorum we will never forget!
Last week my cat was bleeding pretty bad from her mouth ( we had an appointment scheduled with our normal vet but they were booked out even for emergencies). Dr Vance and staff immediately saw her and ended up pulling two teeth ( which was causing the bleeding). Not sure what we could of done without them!
I cannot express my gratitude for saving our puppy Charlie! After my regular vet and ER couldn't see us right away, a friend said to call Homeward Bound and they got us in right away. They saved our boys life! The entire staff was kind, compassionate and patient. Every call, email was answered. Even late night emails were answered. I am so thankful for all of you! Charlie will not be going anywhere else for his check ups! I felt that they treat you not like a client but a friend. Thank you!!!! We appreciate you all so much.
Amazing vet & tech our dog hates going to vet but they got everything done so easy & quick. Highly recommended
I honestly cannot recommend a better vet practice for your babies. They care so much about your animals like they were their own. They managed to squeeze my dog in after everyone else turned her away. I’m talking at least 20 practices in the Baltimore area including hospitals. They are angels and so attentive to your animals. Thank you so much for taking care of Sophie!
