Management is respectful and responsive whenever help is needed, and the neighbors are welcoming. It’s a peaceful place to live, and I appreciate how well the community is maintained. I would definitely recommend this community to anyone looking for a comfortable and affordable place to call home. The neighbors are friendly for the most part, and it feels like a safe place for families and kids.
The manager of this complex is afraid to force the rules. She's super nice, but if you report an incident to her, her suggestion would be for you to meet her at the house that you're complaining about for you to deal with it yourself. For example, there was an incident where my neighbor was trashing the yard with things that belonged in a trash can. The manager was afraid to have that tenant clean up. Very quiet neighborhood and safe. My kids absolutely love it here and have so many friends. Management is great. So friendly and very professional!
Love living here! Management is on point, and all the other residents are cool as can be! Storage units are pretty reasonable as well.
