It was my first oil change on my 2020 CRV. I was offered an appointment on the same day I called to schedule. Took my car in and within one hour, had it back. Had some questions about the maintenance warranty and a nice young man named Josh took the time to carefully explain exactly how it worked. Service department was efficient and professional.
