It was a positive experience start to finish. My salesman and the finance dept worked diligently to find a way to get me out of my vehicle and back into a Honda.
Wonderful experience!!! We had a young man named Keefer who helped us out and for someone who’s only been on the job 3 weeks, you couldn’t ask for better service. He and a few others took care of us and got us into a brand new Honda Pilot, and stayed open for us till 11pm! Keefer even went as far as to watch our two little ones in the kids room while we did the paperwork and was wonderful with them, he even got a fist bump from my oldest. I bought my Pilot in September 2017. That entire experience was absolutely the best car buying experience I've ever had. Today, I was back for a warranty service and I am happy to say that once again, Honda of Morristown was awesome. Salespeople are NEVER bullish or know-it-all in their attitude. Service staff is efficient, professional and just plain nice to do business with.
