Went with my daughter to find her a car. Catherine (Katie) was excellent. So very nice and pleasant. We found her a very nice Honda Civic Coupe LX. Everyone at the dealership is extremely nice. Nathan in sales is a great salesperson, he and the staff went beyond to make the deal for me getting my Jeep. I will definitely do business with them again. I highly recommend this dealership!
The vehicle I wanted had to come from Knoxville. They delivered it straight to my door since it was after hours. I received great customer service and am very pleased with my new CRV.
Overall I am pleased with my vehicle. However it was not the most pleasant experience. Our salesman was polite and did a good job of helping us stay within our price range. He was not very knowledgeable of honda products. He was not knowledgeable of the prices. Although our vehicle was used. less than 20,000 miles. once we got home,we realized we did not have honda key and remote. all we had was a key that was not even made by Honda.
