RecommendedI took my recently purchased 2014 Honda CR-V in for a routine oil change today. While I was there, I addressed a concern to the service manager, Gareth Rowlands. Before I left the dealership, he made sure that I was a happy customer. It's customer service like he displayed today, that will keep me coming back to the dealership. I have never been a big fan of the service dept. at a dealership, but with Gareth's attitude and work ethic, I will remain a loyal customer at Honda Morristown. Once again, thank you.

After searching a 500mile radius we found the best deal at home. 20 minutes down the road at Honda Morristown. No haggling just a great price right out of the gate. I spoke to the Sales manager and immediately was offered MSRP pricing for a car that others wanted 5k and 10k over for. This is the second new car that we have purchased from this dealership. When I buy a car I expect a fair and competitive price. They exceeded our expectations. Thank you Honda Morristown. All the staff including detail crew. Awesome!!!
Let me tell you... my experience was pretty amazing. David Davis was truly fantastic and very knowledgable and extremely patient and kind. I have only ever been to one other car dealership and I felt like just a number to them, but Honda Morristown was truly amazing. I've bragged to every person I have come across and they were truly amazing and I HIGHLY recommend them!!! Thank you all for being so amazing and so patient with me. It truly meant a lot to me.
