After four hours, they put me in the truck of my dreams. I told them my budget was 250 to 300 a month tops they got me in everything said and done at 400 a month. I agreed on a Saturday I drove the truck until Wednesday morning When they contacted me and told me 0RNL did not approve my full loan shooting my interest rate through the roof and telling me my new payment would be 650 a month plain and simple they dick me around and thought I’d be the sucker to be stuck in it so I took it back but for anyone Looking I do not reco... read more

I bought a brand new 2026 HRV a few months back. There are 2 issues, a rattling noise every time I accelerate & the paint on the drivers side is fading in one area. I've tried a few times to contact Honda Morristown but NO ONE returns the calls. When I call in it's always someone else's responsibility. I think I have to contact Honda corporate and let them know.

service department are thieves. Honda doesn't stand behind their products and they block and delete reviews they dont like. search the reviews online and go buy a Toyota or ANY other brand besides Honda. avoid this stealership at all costs
Absolutely pathetic!! They charged us 200$ just for labor to put two tires on seriously that’s disgusting and never again will they touch anything of ours !!!

Came to the honda dealership to find a good reliable car to take back to Connecticut. I bought a 2019 subaru crosstrek to drive back thinking it was a good reliable car. However, not even 45 minutes after leaving to go to Connecticut the car started malfunctioning only 5 days after purchasing here. We had to turn back around and bring it back to the dealership so they could take a look at it. It will cost me around 2k to get the car fixed.
