Just spoke to one of my good friends. So unfortunate that he drives all the way there when he is promised a car. Gets there, and jamie had sold the car right from under him. What a shame

We have tried all week to schedule repairs covered under the extended warranty we purchased. We have called, chatted and emailed for 5 days. They need to honor the extended warranty and not make it so difficult to get something fixed. We finally received a generic reply via email yesterday. No resolution yet!

appreciate was 9;45 am for our first free oil change. we arrived 9:35am. Tech said 1hour and 15min. 3 hours later we we given back our auto. service is horrible, we bought it there for the extra services and living in roane county the drive is not worth the 3 hours.

For this one year I’ve had my car I have had: 1) a fog light go out -which was in the first couple months of getting it and which they also wanted me to pay for-. 2) I’ve had an inspection at a different dealership another time and my battery wasn’t even strapped in place. Jose was a great salesman, but other than that run. Go somewhere else. I promise it is NOT worth the headache you have to deal with after...........Pictures will be added at a later date of what exactly is going on as well as outcome. I can not express enough my regret of buying from here and we are not even 1 month in!

Went in to have an accessory parts installed on my vehicle. Service person states I need to have my fluids checked due to my mileage and it would be a good idea. Remind you I said checked. At check out my bill was $645! Not happy charge for services I did not want or schedule

I recently got into a car wreck, and went in to Honda Morristown were I got my car, just wanting to know if I had GAP insurance on my car. Once I got there and notified the people working one of the cars salesman started telling me when I'll be coming back to get a new car from them.
