2 hour wait to program 1 key that I waited on for over a week it was supposed to have been there the next day...it was back ordered the parts guys couldn't even tell me when my key would get there I just had to guess when to show up for them to program it horrible customer service all they care about is money go to Johnson City Honda 😊

I had an appointment for an oil change at 3pm on July 23rd and got there around 230ish I was told it would probably be around 4 to 430pm I told them that was fine I understood they were busy, well come 445 the guy came and called my name and told me they couldn't get to my car that they still had 2 on the rack, so I asked for a refund on the package I bought and he told me they don't handle that there, so I waited 2 and half hours, left work early and didn't get an oil change nor my money back, and not even an apology from t... read more

I had a service appointment at 10:15, I checked in and me and my wife left to run some errands and have lunch.. I get back at 1:45 for our not so friendly service representative to inform us they are fixing to take our car back next... scheduled appointment being the key word here.. no apologies, no kind words, absolutely treated terrible and they are fine with it because why should they care.. Daryl Setsor is the only one there worth doing business with, I do not recommend Honda of Morristown to anyone.
We was told it would be 1hour and 30 mins to finish our oil change and tire rotation on my 2021 accord. Which it took 3hrs before they completed it. Didn’t compensate us for our wait. Nor did we get some kind of coupon for the next visit. Waste of my time wouldn’t recommend if you are in a hurry or even if you want it done at normal time.

2 hour waits for a 15 minute oil change is ridiculous
We have tried all week to schedule repairs covered under the extended warranty we purchased. We have called, chatted and emailed for 5 days. They need to honor the extended warranty and not make it so difficult to get something fixed. We finally received a generic reply via email yesterday. No resolution yet!

appreciate was 9;45 am for our first free oil change. we arrived 9:35am. Tech said 1hour and 15min. 3 hours later we we given back our auto. service is horrible, we bought it there for the extra services and living in roane county the drive is not worth the 3 hours.
