Horrible experience. They only cater to people who can afford new cars. I explained my situation before I got there. Did not even get to look at a car. They picked one out told me I had to have a bunch of money down. I ask about a cheaper car for the amount of money my loan was approved for, they would not do it. People are struggling trying to start over. I was heart broken. The good news is God will supply.
The purchasing process was acceptable back in November. However, today's experience with one employee (not in the service department, one of the finance managers) was horrific and has changed my entire view of the dealership. All I asked for were the missing pages of the extended warranty contract...I received a bunch of unnecessary smart mouth and attitude. A blemish on this dealership that I won't easily forget!!

We cancelled the Platinum Protection plan shortly after buying our new Pilot. We signed the papers to cancel it in July, and we were told it would be credited back with 60 days. It has NOT been cancelled, and we continue to get the run around on this matter.
My wife and I purchased a 2016 Pilot back in April and purchased different warranty contracts. I cancelled all three of them only three months later. When they sent in the information to the company for one of the contracts, they said it was for $800 less than what was on my purchase order! I have had to make trips down there, because they hardly ever return a call.
I wonder what's happening to people working at Honda, first got bad customer service on Airport Honda Knoxville,TN and now in Morristown?!? In order to get a decent service I have to wait for almost 2 weeks?!? I will still stick with this shop but due to your excellent facilities but if I did found similar to your facility, I might leave this shop for good...
Worst dealership around. Will straight up LIE to your face. If you make any kind of agreement make sure you have it on paper and signed or on tape recorder. Worst employee award goes to Clint Hawk in used cars . If this man comes out to greet you when shopping best bet to ask for someone else.
