My last experience with Honda Morristown was over five years ago. It went exceedingly well. My 2019 Civic is still in great shape but I decided to move to the new Civic Hybrid. I am really pleased with the advisor, Austin. He was able to address the issue with my vehicle, although it took a few trips to get it resolved. My only suggestion is to at least provide a complimentary car wash when the vehicle is left with them for over two days. I would recommend the dealership to my friends and family for future vehicle purchases.
I have had the best experience when dealing with Honda in Morristown! Even though it might be just a little bit further for me to go, to me it’s well worth the drive. Took my accord in to have it serviced on Jan 1st. Perfect day since they were slow! Austin met me at the car and got me checked in. Was very polite and informed that it shouldn't take long since they were slow. He showed me the lounge and said he would come get me when it was ready. When it was done, he informed me of the services that would soon be due and gave me prices. He then walked me to the car and ibwas on my way! Very pleasant and quick service visit!!
