The he service representative was very kind and did a great job explaining servicing my 2020 Honda Pilot needed. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because I scheduled my recall appointment online, which is where I was sent when I called to make an appointment; however, when I got to my appointment they didn’t have me down for a recall and one of the parts had to be ordered. Upon arriving the entrance to the service department was blocked by a vehicle. So I had to walk my 2 toddlers a little ways to make it to an employee's desk. He was polite when asking if he could help me. I informed him I had an appointment for a service and he informed me I needed to bring my car over there and I explained how I couldn't. He seemed upset about whatever that situation was and after about 15 minutes he brought my car around. He was very short with me after he returned. Great experience! I took my car in for service and they were amazing. They were able to beat the price that my local Honda dealer gave me for some items that needed fixed. Huge shout out to Austin Lee/Service Advisor, Danielle/Service Manager, and Jason Stevenson/Fixed Ops Director. Everyone was amazing and made this experience wonderful. It's an hour away from where I live but they have earned my business!! I highly recommend Honda Morristown!!

Customer for years, and had been satisfied to this point. However, could not reach anyone in service via phone.....kept on hold 30 minutes.....made voice contact with a call operator 4 times, who promised to connect me. Had to hang up, call back at least 3 times just to get a live person. Finally, they offered for the service manager to call back and they took my number. Never called back.. At least offer some kind of apology perhaps? Inept, or just don't care, apparently.
