I have had the best experience when dealing with Honda in Morristown! Even though it might be just a little bit further for me to go, to me it’s well worth the drive. Took my accord in to have it serviced on Jan 1st. Perfect day since they were slow! Austin met me at the car and got me checked in. Was very polite and informed that it shouldn't take long since they were slow. He showed me the lounge and said he would come get me when it was ready. When it was done, he informed me of the services that would soon be due and gave me prices. He then walked me to the car and ibwas on my way! Very pleasant and quick service visit!!
I am always satisfied with my experiences with Honda Morristown. My service agent is Austin and he does an excellent job of servicing my cars. Every time I bring them to the dealership I highly recommend this dealership to anyone interested in a new car or servicing their Honda.
Minus a little navigation hiccup my oil change along with tire rotation was great. Service was prompt and fairly quick. Recommendations were given but not pushed. Which as a female car owner I fully appreciate. Staff as friendly and looking forward to the next oil change from there.
