I had a great first time service appointment at Morristown Honda today. My service tech, Austin was very knowledgeable and explained things well. He offered some money saving options for me and was able to give me cost estimates for future service. I highly recommend this dealership!
I was visiting out of town when my car was about broken down. It was misfiring so I took it to the service department at this Honda dealership. As soon as I got there Austin was so friendly and got my car back as soon as he could. Chris and team in the service department were amazing. We were visiting the area on vacation when we suddenly had transmission issues, and Chris was able to take care of us. It was a 2-day job but they set us up with a rental car and kept us super up to date on the progress. The technician stayed several hours past closing on Saturday night to finish the job so we could drive home the next day. I’m completely amazed by this team and would recommend them to anybody. Thanks so much guys!!
Never had a bad experience at this dealership. Everyone is always so helpful and curtious. I recently bought a 2021 Corvette Stingray. The purchase and processs was flawless.
Gabriel helped me purchase my new beautiful 2017 Honda! Him and the finance guy (I forgot his name) were super helpful and im glad to have purchased with them. Plus I was offered a great package to go woth the car and the price was very affordable.
