Took 2024 Honda CRV Hybird in To have hood adjustment and battery looked at because lots of corrosion on positive battery which looked to be leaking. Was told they would do a battery check. Service guy told me I was done and showed me the battery slip that showed battery was good but charge was high but ok. Which I asked if that would Cause battery to leak and he said no. When we arrived at Honda North, we were greeted at the door by Lily. She was kind, knowledgeable, efficient and treated us more like family than a customer. She took my likes and dislikes and found the perfect vehicle for me, and one that fit my budget..I also want to thank the exceptional man who took care of the financial piece.
