High quality products, expert installation. Cost is high but you get what you pay for and no one else offers transferrable warranty. No issues since install and roof looks very nice . Highly recommend!

They just keep trying to shove financing on you. I Asked the guy multiple times to just get me a quote. He just wanted to talk about financing. After I told him “no thanks I just need quotes” he tried to talk me into having my tenants co-sign a loan. He told me he was going to make a phone call to get a quote, 10 minutes later he was telling me he was on the phone with the bank about financing. I finally just told him to forget it and leave. They’re just pushy salesmen hoping you’ll finance everything they offer.

This is a hard review to write. The people I came in contact with were always polite and respectful. I decided to take a look at my roof after they were finished and found multiple problems. I’m sure the workers were not expecting a 55-year-old woman to get up on the roof and check their work. It was disappointing that I, the customer, was the one that found the problems. After showing pictures that I had taken they did come back to make it right.

The roof looks good. We did not like the 'roll roofing' that had to be put on the porches. They said that they could fix it, but it would cost at least another 11k. Not happy with the fact that we are still finding roofing nails in our landscaping, their tarps killed my flowers (specifically told then not to hurt the flowers). They showed up, unannounced, then got a text message that they would be starting. Told them NO Mondays due to our work schedules and gutter guys showed up at 8am on Monday. We called to have a vent installed for range hood. They sent a sales representative to look over what needed to be done. After talking telling him what was needed, he tryed to sale us a roof even though are roof is only 10 years. Then send a roofer to 1. To do vent install 2. To do what sales representative said was nail pops. Roofer shows up, talked with us for 3 hours, then leaves. Then I get texted next day saying job was finished, and bill is due. Roof looks good,seems to be leak proof, price is outrageous, don't believe a thing that comes out of the salesman mouth. Their Iron clad low price guarantee is a big joke found a comparable contractor $3500 less than their quote, they wouldn't honor it. If you don't mind spending $3500-7500 over market price give them a call.
