We called to have a vent installed for range hood. They sent a sales representative to look over what needed to be done. After talking telling him what was needed, he tryed to sale us a roof even though are roof is only 10 years. Then send a roofer to 1. To do vent install 2. To do what sales representative said was nail pops. Roofer shows up, talked with us for 3 hours, then leaves. Then I get texted next day saying job was finished, and bill is due. Roof looks good,seems to be leak proof, price is outrageous, don't believe a thing that comes out of the salesman mouth. Their Iron clad low price guarantee is a big joke found a comparable contractor $3500 less than their quote, they wouldn't honor it. If you don't mind spending $3500-7500 over market price give them a call.
