The Mothers Without Mothers grief group at Honey has been a truly transformative space for my grief journey. As a mom of two who lost her own mother, it was such a relief to sit in a circle where everyone understood that particular kind of absence. I walked in feeling lonely and defeated, and left feeling seen, held, and part of a community that “gets it.” The group’s tone is warm, thoughtful, and gently guided. Every time I step foot in Honey it feels like returning home. Their groups are an incredible resource and have allowed me to build my own community of friendship in motherhood. There is no safer and more supportive space for moms than Honey. No judgement, no negativity, just LOVE!
This place is truly life changing in all the best ways possible. The Psych NP, Dana Grossmann, is one of the most wonderful human beings I have ever met. Her energy is amazing. She really listens and wants to help.
As a new mom, I was so thankful to find community, support and knowledge within a newborn group at Honey. I looked forward to attending every week with my daughter and found so much comfort in connecting with others who were in the same season as me. I cannot recommend their newborn groups to moms in the Metro Detroit area enough.
This is my first google review ever, which I think says a lot. I wanted so badly not to review Honey poorly. The idea of honey is fantastic, who wouldn't love support for moms? Unfortunately, my experience has not been positive. The people I have spoken to have all been nice and kind, but the service overall has been lacking.
