I invested with this company in two real estate projects through an online platform, and unfortunately, it has been the worst investment experience I’ve had so far. The projects are now significantly overdue, communication has been extremely disappointing, and the owner has been largely unresponsive to inquiries. I’d rate it zero if I could! No updates from my investments through addy after multiple attempts to contact them through addy or as an individual. I am sure we will get a generic AI response below this saying to contact them for more information but they won’t reply to them. Stay as far away as you can. As an investor I understand issues and downturns etc but the lack of communication and withholding information and financials is downright wrong and potentially could have bigger issues. Just run from Honey Tree.
INVESTORS BE WARNED. Completely unresponsive. I've had investments with them for 4 years now and their lack of transparency is phenomenal. They went dark on 2 projects for over a year and a half and will not respond to communications. The fact that the project's flopped ( well, I'm assuming they did since there has been no updates for so long) is not what bothers me. It can happen. It's the complete lack of ownership and communication. ( Also not providing tax documents...)
Save your money!! Do not invest with this company. One of the worst investments I ever made. I would rank Honey Tree a 0 if I could. They don't respond to any requests and do not provide any updates on your investment. Do the smart thing - take your money and invest it in a credible company!!
Invested with them through Addy in 3 properties. Completely unresponsive and no updates whatsoever! But, yet asking for more money to invest in properties!
