Its unfortunate that i relate to a lot of these one star reviews. I am currently renting one the units owned by this company and have had a super hard time having things fixed around my unit. All the methods of contacting them are met with silence 90% of the time. Last week i was finally contacted that someone was going to come to repair an issue and of course no one came. I’ve recently left a building that I lived in for 2 years because this company started managing it. The co-founder David is almost impossible to get a hold of, and if you are able to reach him he is extremely condescending and dismissive toward tenant concerns. He will try to gaslight tenants instead of taking responsibility for his obligations as a landlord.
