My experience was awesome from the get go. Everyone from the security guard to the Tech (Sylvia) were cordial, helpful and kind. I had a 7pm appointment with no wait time. A special mention to Annette (sorry if I got your name wrong,🤔), the Intake person. She went above and beyond to help me. Thank you! Their new building, which is sleek, modern and clean really added to the experience. Highly recommend.
I was very disappointed in the check-in and registration process at Solis. I waited over an hour before being seen by the technician, while patients with later appointments were taken ahead of me. When I asked about this, I was told they had my appointment time recorded incorrectly. Once the mistake was realized, I was taken back to change and then had to wait yet again for the technician. Wait times are unacceptable with little acknowledgment or communication from front desk staff. Go somewhere else where they will at least communicate with you. It used to be great before Solis took over. Some serious administrative issues are happening here to blame.
The staff are kind and caring , they make you comfortable and it’s very clean. The Tech is excellent she knows what she’s doing , mammograms can make you nervous but everyone here was great.
Everyone was very friendly there was no wait time checked in got seen right away a very good experience
