I went into the Jenison location to see if I could Refinance a loan. Terry was so helpful she Told me what I all needed and I brought it back in the next day and I closed on it within a week. That's super fast. Everyone at the Jenison location is so friendly and nice.
We absolutely love going in to the jenison branch! Our 4 year old gets mad if I decide to go to the ATM instead of going inside to see her friends. Terry is so personable, friendly, knowledgeable and very caring! We highly recommend them to everyone!
Great credit union. High interest, good promo for joining, and amazing customer service at the Jenison location. I had an technical issue opening and account and even though it was close to closing time Terry and Jen worked together to help me get everything cleared up, my account created, and that my promo was in good standing. Couldn't ask for better, thank you ladies, and honor.
