I was uncomfortable to burst out of my bubble and finally talk to a therapist but Hope is very easy to talk to and about a month in therapy I already feel comfortable talking to her.
I will always be grateful for Hope who has helped me and continues to help me through the single most difficult point in my life, and has also helped me with every other aspect of my life. I'm a hermit by default, but my outlook on life has changed dramatically with her help. I cannot begin to express the gratitude I have for Hope and just LifeStance in general.
Figured a lot out on my mental health. So thankful I started seeing hope. She's help me so much over the past 6 months
