Thank you SO much for delivering our propane at 10:00 last night before the snow storm. Very appreciative for going above & beyond to help. I heard one driver was out till 3 am this morning. Amazing!!
Barry did a great job. Had never met him before but was a friend by the time he left. Barry was knowledgeable, knew his job well and completed the tank installation in short order. Thank you!
Had quite a few issues at first. But finally got Alex on the phone. He is the man. If you are having issues. Ask for him. First person to actually talk thru situation with me and get us on same page. Not sure if he is the owner but if he isn’t. He needs a raise. You have a great worker in him.
I’ve been with Linda Silk for four years now. She has been a loyal customer for 34 years. We have both never had anything but excellent service from these people. They let you prepay for winter. They let you pay out your bill. They deliver promptly. They are definitely a 5 star business. If they are not taking new customers, it’s probably because they’re not getting as many shipments of propane in. I applaud them for being loyal to their current customers.
Rocky is always so polite, helpful and enjoyable to be around. He makes sure we are taken care of and does it with a smile and a kind word. I wish all service people could take lessons from him.
