Friendly staff. Easy to get to his office. Very knowledgeable. He is very willing to work with any of your your circumstances. Highly recommend.
In and out within fifteen minutes for my custom molded ear plugs and everyone was very friendly.
Out of state visiting my dad. Noticed my right hearing aid was damaged while on the road. Was able to get in office the next day after contacting them. Was close to closing the day I called. I showed my hearing aid to Melissa at the front desk. She checked to make sure part was in stock. It was and she fixed for me. Everyone was very professional and courteous. Highly recommend business.
I had a very pleasant experience at the Horan & Fevold Hearing clinic. Everyone there was very polite and engaging. The spoke clearly and at a tone loud enough to hear without yelling. The gentleman the conducted the hearing test was very thorough in explaining my hearing loss to me. I left the clinic with tears of joy in my eyes knowing that they can help me with devices to help me hear properly for the first time in 50 years.
Great service and fast. My aid got chewed up by my cat. They fixed it less than ten minutes and it was covered by my warranty. Thanks!
