These guys did a 6" lift and tires on my 2023 ram 1500, and it turned out great. My only regret is waiting so long to do it! Update: I was so pleased with their work that I had them add power steps. It's like driving a completely different truck.
Terrible company! They worked on my car and I had the exact same problem the follow morning not even 24 hours after, I informed them right away. Cluster screen still blank, & Dashboard light now came on reading for the same thing they ALLEGEDLY fixed and replaced with new parts. "Maybe our parts were faulty" the WHOLE SHOP is FAULTY. Refused to refund me a portion of money back after I told them I wouldn't be bringing my car back to them. Don't recommend they don't get things done correctly the first time!
Arik was great, very professional. He took the time to help me understand the issues with my truck and helped me get them addressed. The service guys worked hard and got me back on the road quickly and the final price was fair and reasonable. Five Star Service!
Horizon Auto is the shop of the ‘good ole days’. Excellent care and service. Arick (spelling) has always cared for my family’s vehicles needs as if they were his own. Even when presented issues were not fixed, he still genuinely cared to ask and make sure all vehicles were road worthy and that my family was safe. I highly recommend Horizon for all vehicle needs.
Horizon helped me choose the bumper and accessories I was looking for. They made suggestions on what other alternatives were available and did the job on time. They sent me pictures of progress updates regularly and did exactly what they were supposed to do. Very happy with their service.
