Horizon Auto Center has been amazing to my mother and I for the past 15 years. Devin, Eric, Dallas, B, and John have all gone above and beyond, especially with my truck that seems to always be in the shop. They treat you like family and truly take care of you. It’s a great, welcoming environment, and we’ve always felt confident and comfortable bringing our vehicles here. Highly recommend!
My experience with this was not shocking considering most auto repair are pretty much all the same, all about making money and not really caring about the customers needs. I took my SUV in for a simply radiator fan. Replacement in which they then quoted a outrageous price of $3100.00 for this simply. I then said why so much? I was then told the price of the radiator fan was $1900 which was crazy. I then asked if a bought the radiator could they job charge me for the labor. These guys are the absolute best! I felt like family when I came in I was greeted with a smile and everyone in the office was extremely helpful and guided me through the entire process of getting my Honda civic fixed. The owner John personally gave me a ride home and picked me up when the car was finished. Communication was spot on, pricing wasn’t anywhere near excessive and best of all I have a 3 year 36,000 mile warranty on the repairs they did! 10/10 will always be back
These guys did a 6" lift and tires on my 2023 ram 1500, and it turned out great. My only regret is waiting so long to do it! Update: I was so pleased with their work that I had them add power steps. It's like driving a completely different truck.
Terrible company! They worked on my car and I had the exact same problem the follow morning not even 24 hours after, I informed them right away. Cluster screen still blank, & Dashboard light now came on reading for the same thing they ALLEGEDLY fixed and replaced with new parts. "Maybe our parts were faulty" the WHOLE SHOP is FAULTY. Refused to refund me a portion of money back after I told them I wouldn't be bringing my car back to them. Don't recommend they don't get things done correctly the first time!
