Words are inadequate to express my gratitude to the dear people at Horizon. Without exception the staff showed deep compassion for my little sister and for me as her caregiver. I am deeply grateful to two nurses in particular, Erin and Keira. Erin cared for us for several days. They did such a great job for my dad. Tracy was absolutely amazing! She was kind, caring, knowledgeable and just a blessing to have caring for my dad. He passed on 1/10/26 and Tracy came in on her day off to do all of the paper work and get him ready for transport to the funeral home. We just love her and she definitely deserves a raise!!!!!❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️🙏🏻

I did not think I wanted to participate in this program but agreed to try it. In no time I recognized all the advantages of working with these folks. The were professional, prompt, knowledgeable, compassionate, and helpful. I would not hesitate to work with them again. They made it easy to welcome strangers into my home. It seems evident that they truly care about their patients. I am finished with their services and I already miss them. Thank you Home Health Professionals! Until we meet again! :-)

I am sharing my experience with horizon home health from the caregiver and home owner perspective. The intake nurse was wonderful as were most of the people they sent out. The person assigned to be the regular nurse was pushy and abrasive always trying to get more visits than needed or wanted by the client. All the decisions made regarding client were made at her request and every one of those was questioned and argued with. My mother was non responsive one night but she was still breathing. The paramedics came and did all they could. One of them suggested we call hospice. The hospice worker came out the next morning and evaluated our situation. They explained everything to me and our needs were met for the next few days until my mom passed. All the workers that came in were extremely nice, courteous and professional. It was a true joy and blessing to have them come into my home and assisst in my mom's last few days.
