They did such a great job for my dad. Tracy was absolutely amazing! She was kind, caring, knowledgeable and just a blessing to have caring for my dad. He passed on 1/10/26 and Tracy came in on her day off to do all of the paper work and get him ready for transport to the funeral home. We just love her and she definitely deserves a raise!!!!!❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️🙏🏻

I did not think I wanted to participate in this program but agreed to try it. In no time I recognized all the advantages of working with these folks. The were professional, prompt, knowledgeable, compassionate, and helpful. I would not hesitate to work with them again. They made it easy to welcome strangers into my home. It seems evident that they truly care about their patients. I am finished with their services and I already miss them. Thank you Home Health Professionals! Until we meet again! :-)

Horizon Hospice was truly fantastic! This was my dad’s second experience with hospice care, and the level of compassion and professionalism he received was exceptional. The nurses were kind, attentive, and communicated clearly with our family every step of the way. I would 100% recommend Horizon. I have had two back surgeries in the last 3 years. Both times I had in home physical therapy with Steve. This man is a 10/10 as a human & therapist! His assistant Reagan who also came to my house periodically was an 11/10!!!! Her demeanor, her knowledge, her heart- I feel like her energy just cheered me up always! One more thing that was HUGE to me was that both Steve & Reagan loved on my dog & she sure loved them back! Highly recommend Horizon!

I am sharing my experience with horizon home health from the caregiver and home owner perspective. The intake nurse was wonderful as were most of the people they sent out. The person assigned to be the regular nurse was pushy and abrasive always trying to get more visits than needed or wanted by the client. All the decisions made regarding client were made at her request and every one of those was questioned and argued with.
