Most excellent staff with going above and beyond when caring for my mother. I am very grateful for them as they kept her comfortable in her last days. Thanks for all you did, I would definitely recommend!
Terrible customer service, they would call when they were on the way for a visit, they would not follow the wound clinic orders. When dealing with the office and the staff i would call and leave messages, I never received a call back. When calling the office I would be left on hold for so long I finally would hang up, after being transferred here and there. Never again I would do my own wound care rather having Horizon do it.
