Super grateful that the maintenance team has responded promptly to my requests while I’ve been a tenant here. Troy came out today (a Saturday) to bring me a space heater and take care of a smoke alarm just over an hour from when I called with my concern. Many thanks !!
The entire management team of Horizon pointe Villas are exemplary that includes Matthew, Kai, and others. They are always prompt in addressing your issues and besides they always follow up to check if things work most efficiently on our end. The maintenance team including Woody is super efficient. He is always prompt and respectful with pleasing manners. Always love interacting with him!
Woody and Mark from the maintenance team did a great job as usual helping us with our tub issue. They are always friendly, professional, and timely. We appreciate them greatly.
The maintenance team here is fantastic! Troy, Woody, and Bryan always show up super fast (seriously, it's usually within an hour), fix the issue, and don't mind my dog trying to assist. Angelique and Matt in the front office are also wonderful, and I love the events they throw!
INCREDIBLE EXPERIENCE. Matt and kai helped us move in seamlessly. We moved across the country so it was a huge move for us. Highly recommend horizon at hillcrest to anyone who asks. Thank you management office for helping us so much!!
