Really good service
A very bad experience at Montre Service in Parinor. I left my Swiss automatic watch there for servicing/servicing, thinking I was entrusting it to professionals. Barely two months later, it's already broken down again. As soon as I picked it up, I noticed that the second hand wasn't working properly, behaving erratically and exhibiting some sort of glitches. Waiting time for my glass repair: 1 week to 14 days. I called them at least 10 times after the 14 days had passed without any answer, so I went there in person and politely pointed out the problem to prevent it from happening to someone else. The response I received was, "This isn't my store." Customer communication = 0
A little over a year ago, I had the battery replaced in a brand-name watch there. I was greeted by a professional, smiling man who gave me good advice. So, quite naturally, I went back for another watch. This time, a different person greeted me. She didn't even respond when I said hello, but I figured it was late and hot, so I didn't pay it any mind. The staff were incredibly welcoming and provided amazing service. They reattached the numbers and changed the battery within the hour; I've never experienced such excellent service. Thank you for repairing my watch; it's like new. I'll definitely be back!
