I've been having all my watches serviced for three years now, from simple battery replacements to adapting a part that was originally unavailable for a Seiko and works perfectly. They have always been remarkably kind, transparent, and professional! Even if you have the most expensive watch that needs servicing, go there without hesitation; the quality work is worth the price, I can assure you!

I dropped off my M.H. watch for a simple battery change. I picked it up half an hour later: 28 euros (quite expensive). They told me the battery had leaked and they had to clean it, fine! I took the old battery back. That same evening, my watch stopped! The old battery showed no signs of leakage (according to another watchmaker). Excellent experience at this watch shop. I bought a watch there and I'm very happy with it. The salesperson took the time to advise me thoroughly and carefully adjusted the watch to fit my wrist. Professional and friendly service. I highly recommend them!

This is the second time I've been to this store to have my watch battery replaced, and it's also the second time the same mistake has occurred. Therefore, I don't think it's actually a mistake. When the battery is replaced, I'm given a slip of paper stating that it's guaranteed for one year, but each time, an earlier date has been written on it. Today is May 31, 2023, and the date on my slip is May 31, 2021.
