I came in to have my watch strap repaired, as it was broken. I was able to leave with my watch on my wrist less than 5 minutes later. Fantastic! The staff was very pleasant; I highly recommend them.
A first experience with battery replacement, nothing to report. On the other hand, a second experience with an unacceptable crystal replacement... I got the watch back with a damaged dial (a chip in the black dial + multiple marks on the black dial). I was never called to be notified (watch left for a month and a half), and what's more, they kindly explained to me that it was my fault if the dial now had chips in the color because the crystal had been cracked by me initially, and when I removed it to replace it, some glass w... read more
