Very satisfied! I dropped off my watch to have the clasp that secures the strap repaired. The repair was done quickly and carefully. Quality work, friendly service, and a fair price. I highly recommend them!
Very disappointed with my experience at Montre Service in the Labège shopping center. They quoted me 75 euros to change my watch battery, so I had it done elsewhere (Pujol jewelry store in Toulouse) for only 18 euros. The price is outrageous! I do not recommend them.
I brought my watch in to have the hands reattached after they fell off (I tried to change the battery myself), and I got it back working perfectly a few days later. I recommend this shop. It's worth noting that a jewelry store specializing in watches didn't want to "take the risk," so I'm giving them a good rating because they took the time to examine the watch and provide a reasonable quote for the repair.
Last time, they changed the battery in my Ferrari watch (which is waterproof). I asked them to replace the strap on my Ferrari watch, which was broken. They searched on their end for a week, but found nothing! However, on September 22nd, the strap on my Samsung Gear 2 Lite smartwatch cracked. It was impossible to wear. I had already contacted Samsung headquarters in Paris and their customer service department. I find it very disappointing to see Samsung as a loyal customer!
