I went in with a broken watch crystal (a watch I'm very attached to). Because I kept wearing it, dust got in and jammed the mechanism. The salesperson told me the whole thing needed replacing, that it would cost around €200, and that it would be better to just buy a new one! Strangely enough, another shop (in a different shopping center) opened it, cleaned it, and replaced the battery and crystal... all for €68!!! A fuir +++ très malhonnête. Je viens acheter une montre en promotion, le vendeur prend la montre en vitrine et retire les 30% discrètement qui était coller sur l'écran. Au moment de régler je lui indique qu'il y a une promotion dessus. Il me dit non elle n'a jamais été en promotion !!! Je trouve se comportement très scandaleux. Comment on peut réussir à mentir à ce point....
Je connais la boutique Montre Service du centre commercial Ulis 2, depuis de nombreuses années. Achat, réparation, simple entretien, changement de piles; toujours j'y ai trouvé disponibilité, gentillesse et courtoisie, et hier encore pour un changement de pile. Fidèle cliente depuis 30 années, je tiens à remercier toute l'équipe, pour de telles qualités qui malheureusement se font rares. Très bonne journée MontreService
