Excellent service - friendly and really want to do a great job. I have never met two guys like this in a watch setting. They really were interested in the problem with my watch and they took pleasure in solving it. I felt I was talking to very authentic people I would like to go for a beer with. Well done you guys you are awesome. They changed the batter my on my 41mm Kronaby Apex. But the watch has been working weirdly and they really cared about fixing it. Bravo!
