Very professional, quick, and friendly. I went to have the glass on my watch replaced, and it was done in 30 minutes flat. The price was reasonable. I highly recommend them.
I was literally assaulted by one of the people. I went to remove some links, and when the person removed them, I noticed a gap. I pointed it out to the person, and she replied, "That's normal, you don't know anything about it." I apologized, and she attacked me. I was so shocked I ran away!
The man who used to work at Galeries Lafayette isn't as competent as he used to be. He brushed me off today regarding the closure of my son's new watch. He told me there was nothing to be done... that I could leave. Then, finally, we could change the strap, but I had to leave the watch. But he brushed me off again, saying he didn't have time. Just before me, a woman was also turned away. So either he's leaving soon, or he doesn't want any more customers because he's really not nice. Zero effort!
Excellent experience, very fast service, high-quality (Swiss) battery for my Tissot watch. I recommend keeping your warranty information safe, as it was very useful and allowed me to have the battery replaced free of charge before the two-year mark.
I took my watch in to have the battery changed. Twenty minutes later, I was told it wasn't the battery and needed to be serviced by a specialist. My watch had a hole in the case, and the person told me it was already there, which isn't true. After taking it to a watchmaker, the result is that the watch doesn't open from the case; the crystal has to be removed to open it.
