I brought in a watch I've owned for over 30 years because of a problem with the clasp on the bracelet. The watch is no longer manufactured, but the store manager contacted the manufacturer and managed to find a replacement. It was a miracle for me, as many jewelers had told me it would be impossible to repair. So, I'm very grateful to the workshop manager. I highly recommend them. The team is fantastic and very dedicated. Congratulations!

I wasn't planning on leaving a comment, but I see I'm not the only one this has happened to. I dropped off my working watch for a battery change. The employee changed the battery but couldn't close it. I told her I'd go do my shopping while I closed it, then I picked it up. I got home and noticed the hands were way off (the hour hand showed 30 when the minute hand was on the hour). Excellent service. I came to have the battery replaced in an old watch belonging to my mother and to have it resized to my size, and the young man who helped us was fantastic. Quick, friendly, and the work was done well. Thank you so much!
