I could have been kicked in the backside and it would have been the same, how is it possible to be so rude? Honestly, when your job is literally changing batteries all the time, it can't help... I needed a simple piece of information and I was practically spat on. It's shameful to be a beginner and speak to people so rudely. RUN AWAY!
Very disappointed with their business practices and prices, I do not recommend them. In September 2024, we had two brand-name watches repaired for €200 and €130 respectively (mechanism replacement). In November 2025, a little over 13 months later, one of the watches stopped working. The quote was again €200, as they refused to cover it (the 1-year warranty had expired). A superb, respectful, and very kind welcome, with excellent advice and impeccable service. The prices are quite reasonable. I highly recommend them for watch battery replacements or any other watchmaking services. Thank you again for the work done.
I received a very poor welcome from a gentleman in his fifties; the price seemed to be based on how much they thought they could get away with it! They are a franchise, so if you are dissatisfied, please report the issue through their website!
The seller was very friendly and offered good advice, with products whose prices were quite acceptable.
