Very happy with my experience having the battery changed on my 20 year old Gucci watch. Maeva was lovely and made the transaction very pleasant. She was knowledgable and recognized my watch right away, and changed the battery in less than a minute right in front of me. The price was reasonable and I was given a card to document the 2-year warranty. I arrived in the morning shortly after the shop opened and there was no queue. I would definitely return in the future and recommend this shop!
