I am extremely dissatisfied. I brought my watch in because the crown was missing, preventing me from setting the time. After it was repaired two days later, the crown was spinning freely, making it impossible to set the time. The replacement crown cost me €60. The watchmaker refused to check his repair, arguing that I had refused a complete and expensive overhaul of the watch when all I wanted was for the crown to work. I am very disappointed by his response, as I had never had any complaints about their service before.
I had the battery in my Longines watch replaced a year ago. It cost €50 for a battery change, and in the end, they broke the screw head and tried to cover it up instead of admitting their mistake and sending it in for repair. I could see there was a problem, but they kept saying nothing. They're crooks who won't take responsibility for their mistakes.
