Great Experience. 10/10 Monsieur Clothaire was super nice and patient. he really paid attention to all the little details when servicing my watch. he answered all my questions and even gave me advice on how to handle my watches. great person and great service. definitely will come again

I am extremely dissatisfied. I brought my watch in because the crown was missing, preventing me from setting the time. After it was repaired two days later, the crown was spinning freely, making it impossible to set the time. The replacement crown cost me €60. The watchmaker refused to check his repair, arguing that I had refused a complete and expensive overhaul of the watch when all I wanted was for the crown to work. I am very disappointed by his response, as I had never had any complaints about their service before.
Highly competent and professional. Always smiling, a great team. If I were to buy a watch, I would go there without hesitation. I know a little about watchmaking (antique clocks and battery-free watches)... Thank you for your service.
