Had an exceptional customer service by Loik. My wrist watch which was purchased from this outlet with 2-years warranty, suddenly stopped working and the battery replacement didn't help. Loik offered to send the watch to the repair centre mentioning that would take about two weeks. As I live in the UK and only visit Nice occasionally, I wasn't able to stay there that long. I bought a watch in November 2022, for around 85 Euro, with a guarantee for one year. Once I gifted it to my partner, we figured it out that the second line is passing slowlier that it’s supposed to be (60 seconds are running in approximately 60.5-61 seconds). We came back in December for repair, using 1-year guarantee). In 2 weeks the shop representative called back accusing us in hitting the watch. Slow and the coppers are not fixing the computer so it is super slow and there is no system at all

Marina took the time to repair my watch, which had been damaged by the previous "watchmaker." Truly professional work, and a lovely welcome. She restored my faith in the watchmaking profession.
