A disappointing experience for me. I already had my doubts given the number of negative reviews, but I was able to confirm them myself. At the end of December 2025, I went to Montres Service in Montigny-le-Bretonneux with five watches that had stopped working. The person who greeted me recognized a Seiko that was self-winding and told me to test it, and if I came back and it still wasn't working, I would give me a quote for repairing it. The watch shop had closed at 8 PM. I made a special trip because I had a problem with my watch. I arrived at 7:35 PM and tried to open the door. It was locked, and the man inside made it clear that the shop was closed. It's shameful to advertise closing at 8 PM when it's already closed at 7:30 PM, especially after a long trip. Don't go there after 7:30 PM if you want any guarantee of being allowed into the shop!
I went there to have the batteries replaced on two watches. €32 and €21!! €53 for both, that seems expensive. I ended up checking locally, at Les Corbeilles d'Or boutique in the Auchan shopping center in Maurepas, they did it for two watches for €8 each in barely 10 minutes. Mr. Manager, can you explain this? You're charging more than three times the price you pay the competition?!? I'm afraid this is outright robbery!!! 🤔
