During the battery replacement, the person who had difficulty opening my watch case used a penknife, which slipped inside the mechanism. Following this, my watch wouldn't restart, so I took it to a jeweler who found that the coil was scratched and the mechanism damaged. I strongly advise against using this service provider.
Responsive, professional, friendly, efficient, top-notch. I brought my watch in for an adjustment. I had just received a quote from the store where I bought it, which was asking for a large sum and a two-month wait. At Montre Service, it cost me six times less, and the watch was repaired in 10 minutes. A huge thank you!

Went there for a battery change, left €16.50 poorer, and with a broken mineral glass lens (I checked the manufacturer's website, it was indeed mineral glass, contrary to what the staff said). It was replaced with an acrylic lens that was initially poorly fitted, then later properly fitted but with dust inside. And it's still dusty despite multiple attempts to fix it. A rushed and shoddy job. Avoid at all costs.
The price for a battery replacement on my watch was outrageously high, almost 20 euros! The usual response I see here, "2-year guarantee," makes me chuckle... Thank goodness! At that price, it's the least they could do. To top it off, I usually pay between 8 and 10 euros elsewhere and, surprise surprise, I only need to change the battery about every two years.
