These did an amazing job of servicing my watch, cleaning it and rejuvenating it my watch that had been damaged by an "expert" watch smith. It is a Swiss movement watch and these gentlemen are experts, passionate and very knowledgeable. I was nervous but they did an amazing job. No matter what watch you have from High End to everyday these gentlemen will treat you and your watch with care A big thank you!

Less than 2 weeks after my watched was repaired for €142, the dial to adjust the time fell off, I returned with the 1 year guarantee card and was told i need to pay an additional €60 euros. The store removed and reattached the dial as part of the repair process. So whatever reason they give in response to this review should clearly communicate why a component of the watch that was handled during the repair is not covered under the guarantee. Really lovely experience in this watch store yesterday on Friday, November 18— the man working there is friendly and very efficient. 12€ or so and about 5-10 mins later, and my brand new watch was perfectly adjusted and had all the parts. Pro tip: don’t try to adjust watches like this by yourself, you’ll lose parts! I would highly recommend this shop for your watch/alarm clock needs!
